17.02.23 Forum “Inclusive employment. Business and social organizations”
The purpose of the Forum is to attract the attention of two worlds – business and social organizations – to up-to-date issues of employment of people with special needs.
We will talk about how to make sure that social projects do not become a “comfort territory”, and their beneficiaries get ready to work in open labor companies; we will find out about the needs of business in hiring staff; we will present successful examples of employment of people with disabilities who have passed through “social projects”; we will listen to TED talks and think over our own stereotypes.
We invite to participate in the Forum:
- representatives of large, medium and small size businesses interested in employment of people with special needs;
- social and educational organizations that work with young people with low starting opportunities;
- Media ready to cover the topic of inclusive employment
