24/07 – Acsour free webinar: “An HRA audit: how do you avoid HR fines?”

We are delighted to invite you to take part in our free webinar: “An HRA audit: how do you avoid HR fines?”

An HRA audit of HR documentation has become a genuine trend over recent years. Improper maintenance of HR records creates a threat of serious fines, meaning that employers today want to have confidence in their HR records. An HRA audit serves this particular purpose by helping you to analyze both certain areas of document management as well as HR records and accompanying documentation as a whole.

A timely audit is an opportunity for you to achieve a considerable reduction in the risk of potential HR fines, labour disputes and unscheduled audits by supervisory authorities. Although an HRA audit is not a compulsory procedure, some companies have already made it part of their annual routine.

The earlier webinar Acsour held which was dedicated to the audit of HR records demonstrates how topical this matter is. The webinar drew a huge response (we received over 200 registration applications). Owing to the considerable popular demand, we have decided to hold another online session on the subject.

During Acsour’s free-of-charge webinar on 24 July at 11 am (Moscow time) you will learn whether you need an audit of your HR documentation, how you can make use of this tool to potentially avoid significant losses, and how to put your HR record management in order.

Olga Nikulina, Head of HR Administration at Acsour, will conduct the webinar. After the main presentation, participants will be able to ask the expert about any nuances of an HRA audit and will definitely obtain valuable practical know-how in terms of preparing to check their HR records themselves.

We are ready to offer to our partners (SPIBA members) an expert examination of HR records pertaining to certain areas of HR record management. After the expert examination, Acsour’s advisers will help you to adjust or restore missing or incorrect HR records in compliance with current Russian legislation.

The event is free of charge. To attend the webinar you should register in advance by following the link below.
