Women head more than 30% of small and middle-sized companies in Russia, their share among social entrepreneurs is about 90%. Meanwhile women are influenced by corruption meaningfully. Corruption is an impediment to equality and successful self-realization of female, particularly in business sphere.

Compliance with anti-corruption policies and ethical standards can be helpful to minimize corruption risks. Such policies and ethical standards are included in ESG-criteria, that are taken into account by investors in the process of project funding. But according to the results of monitoring, mostly big corporations implemented these documents and procedures. There is a lack of resources and available information on the topic among middle and especially small-sized entities. The training is aimed to outline these problems and to suggest practical solutions.
