Capital Legal Services holds the lead according to ROSINFRA

It is the third time that Capital Legal Services has been recognized as the best legal advisor in Public-Private Partnership. Pavel Seleznev, General Director of the National Center for PPP, presented the results of the 2021 study at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.

This year, the winners of Rosinfra national award were selected in 15 categories.  All PPP projects commercially closed in 2021 were eligible in the nominations.

We are proud to note that for the first time ever in the history of the award, since its foundation in 2014, one company has won three times (in 2018, 2020 and 2021). Moreover, Capital Legal Services is the only firm to earn this award two years in a row.
