We are glad to invite you to spend your summer vacations in an interesting and useful way and try on the profession of a restaurateur! SWISSAM launches the city summer camp “I am a restaurateur” — for children 13-17 years old. If teenagers:

  • Are interested in cooking and a career in the restaurant business,
  • Want to decide on your future profession,
  • Want to spend an unusual summer, make new friends, get cool experience and content for social networks,

There will be 2 shifts this summer:

  1. From June 20th to July 3rd;
  2. From August 5th to 16th.


The partner of the camp is Italy&co. restaurant group. The camp program was developed jointly with the chain, and part of the training will take place in one of Italy&co. restaurants. 


Classes will be held in St. Petersburg: at Veronika Ermakova’s Culinary Salon (Ilyushina, 14) and restaurant “Italy” (Chernyshevsky Pl., 11).


How is the camp organized?

During two weeks the guys will develop a project of their own restaurant for one day (pop-up restaurant). Under the guidance of the teachers and chefs, children think over its concept, menu, design and, of course, learn to cook in a stylish and modern kitchen. On the last day of the shift the kids will invite their parents to their restaurant, present it and regale them with their own dishes.

In the program:

  • Culinary master classes
  • Business games on entrepreneurship and leadership
  • Classes with professionals of the restaurant business, including in game form
