Dentons: Anton Poddubny appointed as a partner in Dentons’ Russian Corporate and M&A practice

April 2021 – Anton Poddubny was appointed as a partner in Dentons’ St. Petersburg office. Prior to his appointment, since 2015 he had been a Counsel in Dentons’ Russian Corporate and M&A practice.
Anton assists companies on M&A deals, on various aspects of corporate and contract law as well as labor law.
