Denuo announces promotion of Roman Golovatsky and Anna Krutik to partners

13 January 2026 – Denuo has promoted Roman Golovatsky to partner in its Intellectual Property and Technology practice and Anna Krutik to partner in its Corporate and Real Estate and Construction practices.

Roman Golovatsky is an expert in intellectual property, technology and personal data law. He possesses a wealth of experience in advising and litigating for international and Russian clients. Roman is a registered patent attorney specialising in trademarks, computer programs, databases and integrated circuit topographies.

Roman said: “I am honoured that my professional journey within the firm has been recognised. As we look ahead to ambitious goals for developing the practice, I am confident that our talented team will continue taking on the most complex and interesting projects.”

Anna Krutik specialises in complex transactions and joint ventures for Russian and international companies. Anna’s clients operate in the real estate and construction, energy and natural resources, hospitality, retail, and IT/TMT sectors. Anna advises clients on notable investment projects in real estate. Transactions led by Anna have repeatedly been recognised as the CRE Awards “Deal of the Year” – the industry’s top award.
