On March 10, the Federal Tax Service published a sensational letter on the practice of applying article 54.1 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. It considers the article as a general anti-evasive norm aimed at counteracting tax abuse and obtaining unjustified tax benefits. At the meeting, we will discuss the letter and its impact on taxpayers.
