SPIBA, together with PowerLexis, continues a series of workshops “The Efficiency Trilogy: How Facilitation Transforms Business Processes” on how to improve the results of group work and significantly improve the process of implementing projects in a company using specific facilitation tools and techniques.

We invite you to take part in the final workshop “Employees and Teams” on what brings people together and how to better understand team building processes.

Participants will learn and work on:

• Warm-ups that encourage people to interact and bond within teams;
• The ORIP method (one of the most versatile methods in terms of building various group discussions and potentially resolving complex conflict situations when people or departments interact).

The event will be held in Russian.
