Questions for discussion:

• What is goal-setting and meaning-setting?
• How to keep your employees motivated, if their goals are blurry and constantly changing?
• What is the meaning of “meaning”? How to promote the meaning of work as employees’ motivation?
• Why meaning can be a stable support in times of uncertainty and change?
• How to use company values to transmit the meaning?

During the workshop you will:

• Get acquainted with the concept of meaning as the strongest source of non-material motivation;
• Understand the difference between goal-setting and meaning-setting;
• Participate in a workshop and analyze the values as an instrument for the meaning transmission;
• Gain insight into the different kinds of meaning as an experience of belonging.

The event will be held in Russian.
