Team management in the process of implementing changes:

• Dynamics of psychological perception of changes.
• Necessary measures on the part of managers in different periods of implementation of changes.
• Anti-conflict communication, causes of resistance and ways to eliminate them.

Development of emotional competence skills:

• Understanding your own resource and sthenic emotions.
• Techniques of self-motivation and development of certain emotional states.
• An expression of empathy.
• Emotional leadership.

Countering emotional burnout:

• Causes, manifestations and stages of emotional burnout.
• Exercises for the prevention of emotional exhaustion and recovery after it.
