In-person Workshop for Hoteliers by SWISSAM International University

Effective Hotel workshop for owners and investors in the hotel business, general managers, hotel managers and heads of hotel departments will be held on March 25-29th in St. Petersburg.

• 6 thematic blocks: Hotel Equipment, HR Management, Hotel Operations, Service, Sales, F&B. You will learn about new tools and hotel business lifehacks, analyze cases, and implement the knowledge in your work.
• 5 field-trips to hotels of different types: city hotels 4* Express Sadovaya Hotel and Theatre Square Hotel; city hotel under the international brand Domina St. Petersburg 5*; boutique hotel WYNWOOD; luxury hotel Wawelberg 5* and all-season resort Okhta Park. Hotel staff will talk about the management of the facilities and answer questions.
• Networking, meeting experts, as well as getting individual recommendations from them.
• Ready-made practical materials: document templates, standards lists and useful literature.
