In recent years the issues of property taxation of organizations are attracting more and more attention from tax authorities. Recent regulatory changes in this area, in particular, the complete abolition of taxation of movable property and the transition to completely new accounting standards (on which the property tax is largely based) also bring additional urgency. All of this, coupled with a new approach of the Federal Tax Service to combat tax violations, is significantly changing the established practice of calculating property taxes.
The seminar will be especially useful for financial directors, heads of accounting, financial-economic and legal departments, real estate management specialists.
