New professional retraining program “Legal Regulation of Foreign Trade Activity”

The Center for Additional Educational Programs of St. Petersburg State University invites you to take part in the new professional retraining program “Legal Regulation of Foreign Trade Activity”.

Since January 1, 2018 the new Customs Code of the EAEC has come into force, which will entail changes in the work of customs bodies and participants in foreign trade activity. Simultaneously with the new Code, a package of new decisions of the Eurasian Economic Commission should also come into force. How the new norms will work, how effective they will be depends not only on the customs authorities, but also on the lawyers and advocates practicing in the field of foreign trade activity, who can competently and consistently develop approaches and legal positions in dealing with the strategic and daily tasks set by business.

After completing this program you will be able to freely navigate through the provisions of the Customs Code of the Eurasian Economic Union, the package of decisions of the Eurasian Economic Commission and the customs legislation of the Russian Federation; you will get practical recommendations on the preparation and execution of foreign trade transactions as well as on the tactics of protecting rights and legitimate interests of participants in foreign trade activity.

A distinctive feature of this program is the coverage of topical issues, including those relating to changes in the integrated customs regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union and the customs legislation of the Russian Federation, the study and analysis of the actual practice of its application. The content of the program is a unique combination of theory and practice.

Based on the results of the training, you will get a diploma of SPSU on professional retraining of an established format.

The tuition fee is 110 000 rubles, VAT free. You can pay the tuition fee in installments until the end of the program.
