Pravo.ru-300 has highly rated all of Maxima Legal’s practice areas

On 5 December, the results of the main Russian rating agency, Pravo.ru-300, were announced. According to the results of the study, Maxima Legal almost doubled its presence in the ranking, becoming one of the strongest law firms in 11 areas of legal support – with each of the firm’s practices being included.

Under the regional ratings, Maxima Legal consolidated its status as a leader in the fields of Corporate law, M&A, as well as Commercial Real Estate and Construction. The firm also moved to the top positions of the first group in the areas of Intellectual Property and Tax advice and disputes. The analysts and the Expert Council of Pravo.ru-300 praised Maxima Legal’s qualifications and professional experience in the fields of insolvency and commercial disputes.

In 2019 the firm also first gained recognition at the federal level with the Maxima Legal team being included in the second group in the categories of Family and Private Client, and Private Equity Management, as well as in the third group in the areas of PPP/Infrastructure Projects, Natural Resources and Energy and Telecommunications, Media and Technology.

The Pravo.ru-300 rating is designed to increase the transparency of the Russian legal services market. For 10 years, it has served as a benchmark in assessing the level and quality of law firms and a selection of contractors. The ratings are based on an assessment of the recent work of the law firms, as well as client reviews on the level of service and the cost and quality of legal services. To improve rating mechanisms, an independent Expert Council has been created, consisting of the heads of legal departments of large Russian and international corporations.
