  • How do incumbent professional service firms respond to digitalization?
  • How and why digital disruption affects different industries differently?
  • Types of disruption (market vs competence disruption)
  • Strategies for how to respond to disruption, particularly competence-disruption
  • Challenges and opportunities related to competence-disruption

Speaker: Frida Pemer is a professor at the Department of Management and Organization and House of Innovation at the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE) and teaches in courses related to digitalization, organizational change, and leadership. .
