Summer school for teenagers from SWISSAM International University!
Summer school “I am a Restaurateur” organized by SWISSAM International University will start very soon! The program is suitable for teenagers aged 13-17 who want to learn more about the restaurant industry and “try on” different professions. It’s a great opportunity to spend the summer uniquely, gain interesting experiences, make new friends and cool content for social media!
- Dates: August 7-18, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Location: 14 Ilyushina Street.
- Every day, participants will take part in culinary master-classes and theoretical classes with instructors who are experts in the restaurant business. They will learn about the different aspects of running a restaurant. And, of course, lunch will be provided every day.

Over the course of two weeks, teenagers will develop a project of their own one-day restaurant (pop-up restaurant). Under the guidance of instructors, they will create their project step by step, starting from the concept and ending with food preparation and presentation. On the last day of the program, the participants will invite their parents to their restaurant!
