SWISSAM International University: 1.11 Start of the Culinary Arts program

Culinary Arts program at International University of hospitality SWISSAM starts on November 1st. The program is accredited by American Culinary Federation, alumni receive an international diploma from ACF, that gives the opportunity to work around the world.

The program is suitable for those who are interested in culinary arts and want to cook on a professional level. Students learn fundamental principles of working with different products, general skills of cooking. The program includes a course of international cuisine. 

Duration of the program – 5,5 months. Classes are held in a culinary studio in Saint-Petersburg. After completion of the program our alumni start working in restaurants, become culinary bloggers, hosts of culinary shows and master-classes.

Moreover, pastry and bakery program starts in October. Duration of the program is 4 weeks. You will learn how to work with different types of dough, creme and chocolate, how to make desserts and create unique tastes, perfect textures and different types of pastry.
