ESG Specialist
Duties:
- Ensuring compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of ecology,
- Implementation of the company’s standards in the field of ESG,
- Development and implementation of environmental policy and ESG principles at the enterprise,
- Continuous monitoring and analysis of production activities in the direction of ESG (waste, discharges, emissions, energy resources),
- Regular audits of waste generation sources, wastewater discharges, emissions into the atmosphere, as well as production units,
- Development and leadership of projects to reduce the environmental impact on the environment (energy efficiency improvement, waste management, discharges, emissions),
- Training and informing personnel on environmental issues, ESG principles and methods of reducing negative environmental impact,
- Leadership in audits related to environmental standards and principles,
- Preparation and provision of regular reports on the implementation of environmental goals and indicators related to ESG to the company’s management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Work experience in the field of environmental management and implementation of projects to reduce the negative impact on the environment,
- Deep understanding of environmental issues, ESG standards and requirements,
- Higher education in the field of ecology, sustainable development or
environmental management, - Ability to work in a team and take responsibility for the result,
- Knowledge of English is Intermediate.
EHS manager
Duties:
- Organization of work on labor protection at the enterprise in accordance with the legislation and internal policies and procedures,
- Monitors the execution of the organization’s budget in the field of labor protection,
- Development of proposals to improve the effectiveness of measures to improve working conditions and occupational safety,
- Participation in the work of the commission on certification of workplaces by working conditions,
- Organization and participation in the work to determine the contingent of employees subject to mandatory pre-employment and periodic medical examinations, pre-trip (post-trip) and pre-shift (post-shift) examinations,
- Methodological assistance to the heads of structural divisions of the organization on labor protection issues,
- Organization and participation in the investigation of industrial accidents and occupational diseases, development of measures to prevent them,
- Organization and participation in the development of plans and programs to improve working conditions and occupational safety, eliminate or minimize occupational risks, increase the level of interest of employees in improving working conditions and occupational safety,
- Organization of timely preparation and submission of reports,

Packaging Development Manager Russia
Duties:
- Participates in the preparation of the product plan of digging in the horizon for 5 years providing expertise in the field of packaging solutions,
- Organizes and conducts work on the development of new or modification of existing packages,
- Conducts projects on innovation, renovation, efficiency and cost reduction, as well as the transition to recyclable types of packaging,
- Ensures compliance of the developed packaging materials with the company’s established standards and state regulatory requirements,
- Manages the process of creating and approving specifications for packaging materials,
- Validates and performs corrections related to product packaging testing on the line,
- Leads the development and implementation of business processes for the effective implementation of packaging projects,
- Maintains effective communication with external suppliers and packaging manufacturers, participates in the selection of manufacturers and suppliers of packaging materials.
Requirements:
- experience with packaging materials from 5 years,

Chief Power Engineer
Duties:
- Organization of uninterrupted supply of production with all types of energy carriers (electricity, gas steam),
- Organization of uninterrupted operation of the power systems of the enterprise (sewerage, technological, household, general water),
- Organization of operation and maintenance of electrical installations, including distribution networks of power supply/electric lighting, gas consumption and gas distribution systems, steam and hot water boilers and steam drives, pressure vessels (air receivers), chimneys,
- Management of the Department of the Chief Power Engineer,
- Interaction with state supervision and control bodies,
- Interaction with service providers.
Requirements:
- Higher technical education (preferably electric power engineering),
- Work experience as a Chief Power engineer / Deputy Chief Power engineer of a production enterprise for at least 3 years,
- Availability of tolerance up to and above 1000 Volts not lower than group IV, boilers, pressure vessels, steam and hot water pipelines, gas,
- Experience in managing a team of at least 15 people,
- Confident PC user: MS Office, AutoCAD,
- English – business correspondence/participation in negotiations.
Food Safety and Quality Lead
Duties:
- Development of the quality and food safety management system,
- Preparation of the enterprise for passing the FSSC 22000 audit, customer audits,
- Ensuring compliance with the goals and objectives in the field of quality and food safety,
- Optimization of business processes in order to improve them,
- Preparation of financial statements in accordance with international and corporate standards,
- Initiating and monitoring the implementation of Corrective Action Plans in the field of quality and food safety,
- Development and implementation of trainings, training programs for all functions,
- Preparation, coordination and control of the operational and capital budget in the field of quality and food safety,
- Formation of staff culture, responsible attitude to quality, and food safety – trainings, social projects.
