SWISSAM trains international-level specialists in the field of hospitality and culinary arts. The training programs were developed jointly with the International Management Institute Switzerland (IMI) and the American Culinary Federation (ACF). The diplomas that graduates receive are recognized by employers around the world.

SWISSAM implements both bachelor’s degree program (jointly with IMI) and International Chef and Pastry Chef Training Program (jointly with ACF), as well as professional retraining programs for hoteliers and restaurateurs. SWISSAM graduates work in Russia and abroad, hold management positions in leading companies in the industry and start their own businesses from scratch.
