The St. Petersburg International Business Association (SPIBA)

is an independent non-profit organization that unites foreign and Russian companies sharing and supporting its mission and principles.

SPIBA's mission is to be a business navigator and support its members in developing their businesses in Northwestern Russia through the exchange of information and experiences, open dialogue with government authorities, and establishing business contacts in an informal and friendly atmosphere.
