Decision-making hygiene: universal mechanisms and practical advice
During the event, we will explore the following questions:

2. How do leaders’ intuitive decisions impact the entire organization? Should acting on “gut feeling” be prohibited or not?
3. What is a “good enough” solution? Does it make sense to look for the “perfect” one?
4. What is decision-making hygiene? How can we maintain personal and organizational hygiene?
