Artificial intelligence is rapidly changing the HR landscape: automated recruitment, personalized training, data analysis for employee assessment – this is no longer the future, but a reality. According to the study by Yakov & Partners, by the summer of 2024, 54% of Russian companies have implemented solutions based on generative AI, and its influence on the field of HR management is only growing.
