SPIBA is a member driven association. Specific activities, projects, and efforts are developed and implemented by committees composed of the members and supported by staff.
The association is governed by the Executive Committee which is made up of nine elected members. The Executive Committee governs the overall association strategy and administrative decisions.
The seven standing committees are as follows:
- Legislation and Lobbying Committee
- Marketing&Communications Committee
- HR Committee
- Industrial Committee
- Finance Committee
- Quality of Life Committee
- Real Estate and Construction Committee
These committees create, organize, and implement association functions and events.
