The functions of the committee are to

  • Identify, evaluate, and monitor social and environmental trends, issues, and concerns that could affect business activities in Russia
  • Promote effective environmental, health, and security standards and practices within companies operating in Russia
  • Assist members in fulfilling their responsibilities regarding environmental, health, and security matters in compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
  • Participate actively in the development of responsible laws, regulations, and standards regarding EHS issues
  • Communicate and exchange information openly
