As the pandemic restrictions are gradually being eased, SPIBA Finance Committee is resuming its series of live discussion meetings #SPIBATaxTalks.
The first topic will be Intragroup Services and Intragroup Financing.

– Review of Federal Tax Service Letter about intragroup services
– Issues not considered by the Federal Tax Service: cost allocation (agreements for cost distribution), etc.
