The SPIBA Marketing & Communications Committee is pleased to invite you to participate in the seminar “Promoting your business via VK”. Date: Thursday, June 23rd, 2022 Time: 16:00 – 18:00 Registration, coffee break: 15:30 – 16:00 Venue: Liden&Denz, Zhukovskogo str. 3 Moderator: Marina Piotrovskaya, Head of Marketing and PR department, Denuo (DLA Piper Rus Limited until June 1st, 2022) Speaker: Vyacheslav Prokhorov, Director of External Communications, VK Questions to discuss: How to transfer current client base and subscribers from different social networks to the VK and set up advertising for them? Or to start working with similar auditory? Will VK be able to cover all the needs of the companies that had worked in FB? What characteristics does the system analyze (does program takes into account the algorithm or not)? Is there a single auction for all types of targeting? How relevant is targeting by the interests and behavior of subscribers now? What is happening with the advertising goals now? Is there a neural network in VK that takes into account user actions when interacting with advertising and learns based on the data that you provide to it? There is an opinion that VK needs to be more “controlled manually” in contrast to FB, where everything is based on optimization and training of advertising campaigns, is that so?
