Although the improper formalization of HR documents entails heavy fines, often companies only remember about HR documentation right before an audit by the State Labour Inspectorate (“SLI”). Moreover, improper HR record management is a cause of serious HR disputes in future, of abuse by employees, and of constant audits both by the SLI, the prosecutor’s office, and the tax inspectorate.

On 23 May at 11am (Moscow time), at a free webinar held by Acsour, you will learn how a company can avoid significant losses and put its HR records in order with the help of an HR record audit.

Olga Nikulina, Head of HR Administration at Acsour, will deliver the webinar. The event will consist of two parts: a presentation and a Q&A session. In addition to the theoretical part, participants will master valuable practical skills that will be useful in preparing for an HR audit.
