24/04 – Start of a new program “INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR” realized together by Higher Economic School and Independent Directors Association

We are glad to inform you about the start of the spring stream of the program “INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR” realized together by Higher Economic School (HES) and Independent Directors Association.

The classes start on April 24, 2020.

• Module 1. «Introduction to corporate governance and the role of the Board of Directors» (April 24–26, 3 days).
• Module 2. «Development, adaptation and implementation of the strategy» (May 15–16, 2 days).
• Module 3. «Finance for members of the Board of Directors» (May 22–23, 2 days).
• Module 4. «Change management, corporate culture, succession and remuneration for top management» (May 29–30, 2 days).

Presentation of the program will be held on February 27, 2020 at 18.30
