Pepeliaev group: Senior partner and head of Pepeliaev Group’s St. Petersburg office Sergey Spasennov has been recognized as the Lawyer of the Year in M&A

The renowned international publication Best Lawyers™ 2021* has recognized senior partner and head of Pepeliaev Group’s St. Petersburg office Sergey Spasennov as the Lawyer of the Year in the area of Mergers and Acquisitions.
Before that, Sergey has been recommended in this category, as well as in Corporate Law, since 2009. Moreover, this year Sergey has been also recommended for Arbitration and Mediation.

Pepeliaev Group has been again recognized as Law Firm of the Year for Tax Law in Russia according to the major legal ratings directory Best Lawyers™ 2021.
