The key event for the investment potential discussion will be held in Saint Petersburg
III Annual Investment Forum will take place in Multimedium Historical Park “Russia – my history” on 12-13th of November, 2018. The host of the venue is Committee for Investment of Saint Petersburg.
The main Forum event will be plenary session “Megapolis investment challenges is the potential for development of Saint Petersburg”. During this session speakers will discuss main target fields for the investments attraction to the city economy as well as key attributes that identify the global competitive ability of Saint Petersburg. Among them: human capital assets, the quality of urban environment and infrastructure.
Under the plenary session the Governor of Saint Petersburg Georgiy Poltavchenko will traditionally issue the message to the business community. He will stand first priority efforts to improve and strengthen the investment climate of the city. The event will be attended by federal and regional government officials, representatives of international and Russian financial institutions, foreign companies and business structures.
First day of the Forum 12th November will include discussions dedicated to the development of key economy fields of the city: pharmaceuticals, sport, innovations, transport and logistics, healthcare, Public Private Partnership, redevelopment and others. There will also take place discrete discussions on government support, development of smart city and project finance for the investment projects.
Participants of the second Forum day will discuss the topics of rising investment potential of cultural objects and creative industries development as well as consumer industry projects.
Investment Forum has been taken place in Saint Petersburg since 2016. During this period more than 1500 leading regional and federal experts in the field of investments, economy and finance have been participating in the event. Forum proved itself as the biggest regional investment event.
